TDSS series nozzles are water-saving descaling nozzles that have as strong spray impulse as conventional descaling nozzles with less water consumption.
Why water-saving?
Conventional nozzles produce flat spray pattern by clashing water flows in the nozzles as illustrated below, which results in reducing the speed of water flow and spray impulse. On the other hand, IKEUCHI's newly developed nozzle orifice, which sprays without clashing water flows and therefore no loss on spray impulse, produces stable flow with high spray impulse, adopting a new stabilizer with a strainer.
This newly designed spray orifice and stabilizer produce a thin water flow like a sharp razor blade and realize water saving by 10 - 20% with providing the same descaling effect as before.
