Wear-resistance of ceramics

Ceramic orifice of CERJET® is outstandingly superior to metals in wear-resistance and can be lasted 20 to 30 times longer than stainless steel and several hundred times longer than brass nozzles.
The graph below shows the increase in flow of each nozzle due to the worn orifice and the shadowed area shows the overly sprayed flow of stainless steel nozzle.

VNP-15 and VNP-25 degrees type with Brown ceramic orifice enjoys higher wear-resistance.

Newly developed Brown ceramic orifice, which has higher wear-resistance than a conventional ceramic orifice, is adopted in standard VNP-15 and VNP-25 nozzles (VNP-series having spray angle of 15 and 25 degrees).
The chart shows the rate of increase in spray capacity by nozzle orifice getting worn and you can see how higher wear-resistance Brown ceramic orifice has, compared with a conventional ceramic orifice.
